No. An equation is an identity if the left and right sides are equal for all possible values of the variable. You only checked 3 values, and that's not enough.

There's actually a particular case: if two polynomials of degree n are equal when you evaluate them in n+1 points, then they are the same polynomial. But in this case you have polynomials of degree 4, and you only checked 3 points.
