I do not know the official definition of an abstract idea, but I do know what it generally is. An abstract idea is an idea based upon a very strange thought. Or in other words, a very "out there" type of idea
They are ideas which are not concerned with things you can't see, or touch , like God, Justice, Sympathy, Love, Compassion, Hate , Pride and many more such things.
