How does Artemidorus’ role in act 3.1 reflect the theme of fate

He embodies fate by insisting that the prophecy will still come true.  He still warns Caesar of danger but Caesar brushes it off.  He tries to pass a note to him but is blocked by the Conspirators who now crowd around Caesar as he enters the hall and there he met his end.
