N = 14

H = 1

N2H4 = 2*14 + 4*1  

N2H4 = 28 + 4 = 32

If you are given 31 grams of N2H4 then the formula is

mols = given mass / molecular mass

mols = 31 / 32

moles = 0.97  

Now you have a problem . Is the answer 1.0 or is 0.9?
