How does air temperature affect the time it takes for bread mold to form

Hello! :)
If you did an experiment, it would be altered because of the uncontrollable temperature changes. The bread in the cold room didn't have any mold growth because it was cold and there was no moisture. Another reason that the mold was unable to grow is because bread companies use chemicals in the bread to keep it from spoiling.
