The y-intercept is the y value when x = 0, or (0 , y)

Based on the graph, your y-intercept is at (0 , 2) or 2

The slope(m) can be found using the slope formula and plugging in 2 points:

[tex]m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}[/tex]

But if you look at the answer choices, if the slope is positive, the line would be going up and to the right

If the slope is negative, the line would be going down and to the right
