What happens when the supreme court strikes down a law that congress really wants to see enacted

The answer is: The law would not be passed until the components is restructured

When the supreme court strikes down a law, it would most likely have a reasons that make the law interpreted as 'unconstitutionl'. Since the constitution has supremacy over other laws, the strikes made by the supreme court would make the law unable to be passed. In order to fix this, the congress need to restructure the law and remove the 'unconstituional' part of the law.
