To implement equity and equality in the workplace it's important to make sure each person is trated as an equal. There should be no discrimination between workers and gender rolls within an organization, rather, theys should strive to make everyone feel important and equal. The pay for the positions should be the same regardless of differences (unless it's education or other job requirements) so that each person feels equal for what they contribute back to their work.
