[tex]log_{3}(10) - log _{3} (2)[/tex]

Apply log rule:

[tex]log _{c}(a)-log _{c} (b) = log _{c} ( \frac{a}{b} )[/tex]

[tex]log _{3} (10)-log _{3} (2) = log _{3} ( \frac{10}{2} )[/tex]

[tex]log _{3} ( \frac{10}{2} )[/tex]

Divide 10 by 2  :

[tex]log _{3} (5)[/tex]

hope this helps!
