The point slope formula is m = [tex] \frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1} [/tex]
                                    Or  y₂-y₁ = m (x₂-x₁)
m is slope
Given point: (8, -4)
Slope:          [tex] -\frac{5}{6} [/tex]

Substitute:
                 y₂-(-4) = [tex]- \frac{5}{6} [/tex] (x₂ - 8)
                 (minus minus = plus)
                 y₂ + 4 =[tex] -\frac{5}{6} [/tex] (x₂ - 8)

The last option is the answer.
