What does it really mean to communicate?

Well, to be a good communicator. That means to listen to what the person is saying and respond or contribute to the talk. When you contribute to the talk, you inform the person that you were listening to what they were saying. You can even change the subject if you are done letting them speak. Hope this Helps!
