with the equation of the slope for two points given, m=Y2-Y1/ X2-X1, you can obtain the slope , x1= 3, y1 = -1 , x2= -1, y2= 2

m = 2-(-1)/ -1-3 ⇒ m= 3/-4, m = -3/4, therefore the slope is - 3/4
