From the Figure We can Notice that :

Opposite Side - AB = 1

Adjacent Side - OB = [tex]\sqrt{3}[/tex]

We know that :

[tex]Tan\theta = \frac{Opposite\:Side}{Adjacent\:Side}[/tex]

[tex]\implies Tan\theta = \frac{1}{\sqrt{3}}[/tex]

⇒ θ = 30°

We know that :

[tex]Sin\theta = \frac{Opposite Side}{Hypotenuse}[/tex]

⇒ [tex]Sin30 = \frac{1}{AO}[/tex]

⇒ [tex]\frac{1}{2} = \frac{1}{AO}[/tex]

⇒ AO = 2
