The subatomic particle with a neutral charge is the NEUTRON.

Unlike the proton which has a positive charge, and the electron that has a negative charge, the NEUtron has a NEUtral (no) charge.

The subatomic particle with a neutral charge is a neutron. I remember it because they both start with N. I remember protons have a positive charge, they both start with p, and electrons have a negative charge. It is just the last option, there is no device I use to remember it.
