so here's a trick!

when dividing fractions just flip the second one around like this:

2/9 ÷ 4 = 2/9 * 1/4

so basically what you do now is multiply

2/9 * 1/4 = 2/36 = 1/18

The answer is 2/36, but 2/36 (probably) needs to be simplified.

2/36 simplified is 1/18.
