Hey there!

12 is a whole number, mainly because there is no decimal before this number. Therefore, 12 round to the nearest tenth would then be 10.

Why?

12 . . . looking at the number 2, this number is not greater than 5. Any number past 5, gets to pass. But, any number lower does not. Therefore, it goes back. Sad right? But, that's how math works.
