I am hoping I can help.
Here is how I solved this.
60 miles 60 minutes
1 mile 1 minute
100 miles 100 minutes
100 miles - 60 miles = 40 miles
100 minutes - 60 minutes = 40 minutes

1 hour and 40 minutes for train ride.
4:00 + 1:40 = 5:40
The train will arrive at 5:40 pm.
