To find the area of the parallelogram, multiply the base with the height.

a = area
b = base
h = height

a = bh is your equation

Plug in  18.3 for b, and 17.9 for h

a = (18.3)(17.9)

Simplify

a = 327.57

The area of the parallelogram is 327.57 in²

hope this helps
