Saving a file on a computer's hard drive is analogous to the human memory process of storage. Human brain consists of about one billion neurons which enable the  faculty of the mind by which information is encoded, stored, and retrieved.The three basic forms of memory are short-term memory, intermediate long-term memory, and, long-term memory.
