Can you easily multiply two terms with different bases?

if you are talking about base and exponents then NO but you can multiply 2 different exponents with same base. For example 2 to the power 2 multiplied by 2 to the power 4 then 2 is common base so keep 2 as it is then add the exponents 2+4 =6 totally the answer will be 2 to the power 6
