Any citizen injured by discrimination in housing practices may, under the Civil Rights Act of 1968
a) File a complaint with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
b) File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
c) File a lawsuit against the individual discriminator
d) File a lawsuit against the real estate broker
